This view is sometimes obscured by fog. However on most days dozens of sailboats can be observed, often people racing in Rhodes 19s, as Linekin Bay is a favorite for deep keel boats and good winds.

In 2005 an addition on the north to enlarge the kitchen and dining area has begun, and the site work for an larger attached addition on the south side is to begin. Here are some picutures for this showing the desired qualities.

New addition will have stone steps ^ shown above connecting the walk up from Linekin Bay.
