Organized alphabetically. Some files may be in Adobe Acrobat Format.
Acrobat is a very graphics intensive file-reading program. Most computers
which can run Netscape can also run Acrobat--you can get a free copy from
the Data and Software Server or Adobe.
It is also installed on all Public Area Computers.
Always try interlibrary loan before ordering a copy of a publication,
unless you really want to buy your own copy.

Trilogy is a searchable on-line index of magazines published in the past
15 years throughout the world. It contains far more publications than Wilson
does. Trilogy front-ends can be found in the Databases folder of every
Public Area Computer, and it can be downloaded from the Software and Information
Server as well.

These papers cover such topics as "Growing Income Inequality: Roots
and Remedies", and " State Welfare Reform Efforts". Papers
focus closely on current and proposed government policies. The papers are
available in Adobe Acrobat format, and a searchable index is currently
