Personal Information

I was born in upstate New York and earned a Ph.D. in Mathematics from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. In addition to specializing in applied mathematics, I also minored in psychology. Previously, I was a postdoctoral research associate at New York University. During that time, I had the opportunity to collaborate on projects at The Courant Institute of Mathematical Sciences, NYU Abu Dhabi, and Shanghai Jiao Tong University. Currently, I am an assistant professor in the department of mathematics and statistics at Swarthmore College. Outside of the mathematical sciences, I have a broad range of personal interests. Some of the ones I enjoy talking about include food, travel, games, exercise, comedy, and politics.
