Results:

* The set of embryos treated with the 200 mM solutions all failed to live. The concentration was reduced to 100 mM for the remainder of the trials.

* Although we started out looking for patterns in left-right axis formation, truncation and eye development, we were only able to observe eye deformations.

* In the embryos observed we noticed three clear disturbances noted. Although the degree of severity ranged from embryo to embryo. Cyclopia, fused eyes and detached lenses were the three most prominent disturbances in formation that we noted.
