My research is in dynamical systems. More specifically, I'm interested in dynamics from a topological viewpoint, the Conley index, dynamics on noncompact spaces, rigorous computation, fixed point theory, set-valued maps, voting theory, and social choice.I received my Ph.D. in 2001 from Northwestern University (thesis advisor: John Franks, thesis title: Sofic shifts and the Conley index). |
