Research in my laboratory focuses on bioinorganic chemistry, especially porphyrins, supramolecular assemblies on biopolymer templates, kinetics of very rapid reactions in solution, and spectroscopic methods including Circular Dichroism and Resonance Light Scattering.
My teaching responsibilities include a combination of Inorganic Chemistry (Chemistry 46), General Chemistry (Chemistry 10 and 10H) and Advanced Lab (Chemistry 50) as well as advanced topics in Physical and Biological Inorganic Chemisry (Chemistry 106).
