Historical Introduction & Contents of Collection

Edward Thomas was a patent attorney in New York City. He was married to Margaret Loring, who had been active in settlement work and a teacher of home economics. Both were involved in peace efforts connected with the American Friends Service Committee. No other biographical information is known about them.
