Biographical / Historical
Friends were meeting at Manhasset as early as 1702 under the care of Westbury Monthly Meeting, but the exact date on which it became a preparative is not known. In 1961, the Preparative Meeting was laid down, and Manhasset Monthly Meeting was set off from Westbury.
