The SE17 28th annual conference is based in Philaldelphia, at the Holiday Inn Philadelphia Historic-District.

Philadelphia, one the largest cities on east coast, can be easily reached by car, train (AMTRAK), and airplane.

The airport is Philadelphia International Airport. There are daily flights with major US and European cities, including several direct daily flights with London and Paris.

On Saturday the 24th of October, participants will spend the day on campus at Swarthmore College. Transportation to Swarthmore that day will be free and provided by the conference organization from the hotel.

Otherwise, one can take a commuter train (R3 line) to reach Swarthmore from Center City Philadelphia. The ride is about 30 minutes. Swarthmore’s train station is on campus and a few minutes from the conference site.
