1. The conference registration fee is $100. Conference participants are kindly asked to register before September 1st. This fee includes all food and beverages served at the conference.

2. The statutes of SE17 require all participants in the conference to be members of the Society for the 2009-2010 academic year. Dues for that year must by paid by September 1st, 2009. New members must register on the SE17 web site in order for their dues payment to be processed. Please select either “Become a member” or “Join/Renew”. Members who owe past dues need to bring their dues payments up to date in order to pay the 2009-2010 dues. You may include past dues payments with your registration fee. To check dues status (when one paid last), click on "my dues" once logged in on the SE17 web site. If you have forgotten your username or password, please select “Request new password” in the left menu. You may enter either your username or email and a new password will be sent to you.

To register and pay for 2009-2010 current/past dues, fill in this FORM, submit it electronically by selecting the “Submit” button at the bottom of the page, and mail your check to the SE17 Secretary-Treasurer at the address below. Please do not send a printed copy of this form. The total amount (registration fee + dues) can be paid with one check.

Because we can only accept checks drawn on a US or Canadian bank, conference participants from overseas must pay cash at the conference registration in Philadelphia. In this case you must still register with this form before September 1st.
