We are asking ALL MEMBERS to complete the accompanying Membership Information Survey whether you are paid up in full or not.

If your label is highlighted in PINK, our records indicate that you have not renewed your membership for 1997-98. Most people renew at our Conference. If you were unable to attend, your membership is due.
