mySwarthmore is intended for the use of current students, faculty and staff, but many recent alumni, or recent but non-current faculty and staff may also find it useful if they can remember their security answer.
Current students:
Use your network ID and password to access mySwarthmore.
Recent Alumni:
Alumni must use their numeric ID and mySwarthmore PIN (which are not the same as network ID and password).
Set up your mySwarthmore PIN by entering your numeric ID and then pressing the "Forgot PIN?" button on the mySwarthmore login page, and then answer the security question and follow the directions to set up a PIN.
Alumni Email address: When using mySwarthmore to request an unofficial PDF transcript sent to yourself, your email address of record
displays automatically. If the address is incorrect, update it online. The update process may take a business day, please be patient.
Forget your Security Answer?
If you forget the security answer to your security question, we regret that we cannot help you access mySwarthmore.
If you want to request a transcript, you do not need to use mySwarthmore. Please follow the directions on the Transcript Request page for requesting transcripts using one of the options available to you
You will need to call the Swarthmore College office providing the direct service you need, and ask for assistance
Locked out?
If you are "locked out" this means you tried an incorrect approach too many times. If you are a student or alumnus, the Registrar's Office can help. Call Stacey Hogge of our office and give her your numeric student ID number, and ask her to "reset your access". We can unlock your account, which allows you to use the "Forgot PIN?" button to access mySwarthmore using your security question and answer. Follow the directions on the mySwarthmore login page for using your numeric ID and pressing the "Forgot PIN?" button.
