Complete and submit a transcript or diploma request form with special instructions to be notarized. Follow the instructions found: PA dept of State Webpage.

Current Students:

Current enrollment certification is available through the Clearinghouse by logging into mySwarthmore, clicking on Student Main Menu, then National Student Clearinghouse. Follow instructions there for an immediate Enrollment Certification.

Alumni:

Degree or Past Attendance information can be verified through the National Student Clearinghouse.

Parents:

If a letter is needed to certify any of these things, please send us a full time enrollment verification letter request form by fax, mail or email to the Registrar's office. Please include any identifying information that the recipient might need.
