Office Hours, Location, Contacts

The Swarthmore College Office of the Registrar is normally open Monday through Friday every week of the year, except for the following holidays: July 4, Thanksgiving Thursday and Friday, and the last week and a half of the year spanning the end of December extending into early January. For the 2009-2010 winter break, the office will be closed from December 24, 2009 to January 1, 2010, inclusive.

Summer office hours:
From Monday, June 8, 2009 through Friday, August 14, 2009 we observe the following schedule: Monday through Friday: 8:00 am - 12:00 noon, 1:00 pm - 4:45 pm, except for Friday (United States Eastern Time), when we close at 12:00 noon.

Normal office hours:
Monday through Friday: 8:30 am - 12:00 noon, 1:00 pm - 4:30 pm (United States Eastern Time), although we are occasionally closed for blocks of time devoted to training in new technologies.

Location:
We are located on Swarthmore's north campus, in historic Parrish Hall, room 124.
