Office Hours, Location, Contacts
The Swarthmore College Office of the Registrar is normally open Monday through Friday every week of the year, except for the following holidays: July 4, Thanksgiving Thursday and Friday, and the last week and a half of the year spanning the end of December extending into early January.
For the winter break, the office is usually closed for about a week in the end of December until after January 1 of the new year.
Summer office hours:
From mid-June to mid-August, we observe the following schedule: Monday through Friday: 8:00 am - 12:00 noon (United States Eastern Time), 1:00 pm - 4:45 pm, except for Friday, when we close at 12:00 noon.For 2013, these summer hours will be in effect from June 10 to August 16.
Normal office hours:
From mid-August to mid-June, we are open Monday through Friday: 8:30 am - 12:00 noon, 1:00 pm - 4:30 pm (United States Eastern Time), although we are occasionally closed for meetings.
Thanksgiving Break Closure:
For the 2013 Thanksgiving break, the office will be closed November 28 and 29.
Winter Break Closure:
For the 2013-2014 winter break, the office will be closed from Monday December 23, 2013 to Wednesday January 1, 2014, inclusive. The office will re-open Thursday, January 2, 2013.

We are normally located on Swarthmore's north campus, in historic Parrish Hall, room 124.
