Office Hours, Location, Contacts

The Swarthmore College Office of the Registrar is open Monday through Friday, except for Thanksgiving Thursday and Friday, the last week and a half of the year spanning the end of December extending into early January, as well as a day off for the July 4 holiday. For the 2007-2008 winter break, the office was closed from December 24, 2007 to January 1, 2008, inclusive.

Normal office hours:
Monday through Friday: 8:30 am - 12:00 noon, 1:00 pm - 4:30 pm (United States Eastern Time), although we are occasionally closed for blocks of time devoted to training in new technologies.

Summer office hours:
From mid-June to mid-August, we generally observe the following schedule: Monday through Friday: 8:00 am - 12:00 noon, 1:00 pm - 4:45 pm, except for Friday (United States Eastern Time), when we close at 12:00noon. (The 2008 Summer schedule runs from Monday, June 9, 2008 and ends Friday, August 15, 2008.)

We are located on Swarthmore's north campus, in historic Parrish Hall, room 124.
