About the StaffProvostConstance Cain Hungerford The Provost is the chief academic officer of the college and is responsible for the faculty and the curriculum. All academic departments report to the Provost, as do academic support departments including the Library and Information Technology Services. Associate ProvostSarah S. Willie The Associate Provost is a member of the faculty who serves as Associate Provost for 3 years at 3/5 time. The Associate Provost is responsible for new faculty orientation, faculty lunches and lectures, as well as a variety of other functions relating to faculty development and college functioning. Executive Assistant to the ProvostMarcia Brown The Executive Assistant to the Provost supports the work of the Provost in a variety of areas, including oversight of the operating budgets for the academic area, management of faculty employment records and payroll, records of faculty meetings, and the assignment of faculty housing.
