| Today was wonderful
. We all headed down to the Mullan Athletic Center together to learn how to use all the exercise equipment. Everyone was ready to work out in style,
wearing athletic type tennis shoes. Sharon Pierce even had on spandex shorts and Don Bankston was spotted sporting a tanktop mxcle shirt!!!!
The workout was wonderful. We all received sheets so that we could record the workout we did. Liz
Dozier had a good time on the treadmill while Sharon and others tried out the weight machines. Pat James worked up a sweat on the bikes. |
