Coro Fellows in Public Affairs
Successful Applicants are - individuals between the ages
of 21 through 45 who are committed to public service.
They receive - After the $3,500 program fee... based
on need, a stipend which averages $8,000, weekly seminars,
and a opportunity to see how the different sectors in
public affairs intersect.
How many: 48 each year. 12 in each of the following cities:
San Francisco, Los Angeles and New York.
What do they do: Intern at a business, government, nonprofit,
media, labor, or political organization.
How long: 9 months.
Program goals: To offer training for leadership in public affairs.
Deadline: February
