DPI: Kashmir conference, scheduled to be held at Swarthmore College from the 19th to the 21st of September, is open to the public for registration. There is no registration or conference fee. The deadline for registration is September 15, 2003. Please register as early as possible, because otherwise we cannot guarantee that you will be able to participate in the conference.
