SwatFit 2016 is a yearlong, campus-wide campaign aimed at tackling some of the most common obstacles to reaching our fitness goals. The goal is to help faculty and staff members achieve active, healthy, and balanced lifestyles. SwatFit 2016 initiatives include the Fitbit Pilot Program, Weight Watchers at Work, No Cost Classes, P.E. Classes for Staff, and Couch to 5K. Come join us!
